Internal operations audit
We are able to review and create internal operations procedures and methods for our clients and partners in the façade industry. We will oversee procedures and develop strategies to optimize daily operations, efficient projects execution, effective communication between the different departments. Part of this service is also to provide quality control process that ensure gaps and faults in the operations are avoided, minimizing the associated extra costs, and improving productivity and efficiency.
Project management
With our highly experienced team in contracts and managements, we can manage
projects or packages on behalf of our clients. This includes meetings with the design team,
the architect and the consultant, project documentation and method statements, H&S
plans, risk assessments, technical submittals, project planning, purchase orders and
installation supervision.
Our services can extend to financial management, including budget, invoices, and cash flow
management.
